Senior Reminder: Senior composites will begin tomorrow and run through Thursday this week. Students must bring their $10 sitting fee at the time of their picture to Lifetouch. All Senior date/time and information has been sent to their student email accounts.

The PSAT will be offered to juniors on Oct. 12. Any PHS junior who wants to qualify for the National Merit Scholarship needs to take this test. Students must sign up in the counselor's office and pay the $18 fee by Sept. 13 to reserve a test. If you have any questions, contact Mrs. Horn at shorn@paragouldschools.net.

Health and safety will always remain a top priority for the Paragould School District. In April of 2022 the district discontinued the practice of contact tracing/quarantining of probable close contacts and reimplemented policy 4.34 as the district’s response to student illnesses. We continue to utilize policy 4.34 to guide our response to illnesses.
Anyone who tests positive for COVID-19 will be required to isolate at home for 5 days from the onset of symptoms or a positive test. The Arkansas Department of Health guidance states that the isolated individual may return to school on day 6 with a mask and must continue to wear the mask around others through the 10th day. If the Individual is unable to wear a mask, he/she will be required to continue to isolate for the full 10 days.
