We can hardly contain our excitement for the first day of school—it’s finally here! We can’t wait to see all your smiling faces tomorrow! Just a quick reminder: the tardy bell will ring at 7:45 AM, so be sure to be on time! Carline opens at 7:15, and breakfast kicks off at the same time. Come hungry because we have some delicious breakfast waiting for you to start your day right! The energy is electric as we gear up for what promises to be an unforgettable year together. REVISED DROP OFF LOCATIONS BEGINNING THURSDAY, JULY 17.

Parking lot improvements are well underway across the secondary campus. We have attached a document that outlines the next phase of this project, including important drop off information for students, parents, and staff.

Students participating in activities in the junior high main gym and the junior high double gym should be dropped off in front of the junior high school.

Students participating in activities in the band complex, the senior high main gym, or the field house should use the drop off location next to the new band complex.

We are excited to share that the high school parking lot is scheduled to be completed by Friday, July 25. This is one week ahead of schedule! The attached map provides all the details and designated drop off points to help you navigate these changes smoothly.

Parking lot enhancements begin Monday, June 16th at Paragould High School. There will be no access to PHS from Court Street. All access to our band and athletic facilities will be from Medical Drive. PHS summer school students can be dropped off in front of the Junior High and faculty/staff can park in the PJHS parking lot. The map gives all of the details and drop off points for students. Thank you for your patience as we make these much needed improvements! Project completion date is scheduled for August 1st.

A huge shoutout to Mr. Roy, our amazing certified staff member, and Mr. Stan, our incredible classified staff member, for being voted OGE Staff of the Year! 🎉 These two phenomenal guys consistently go above and beyond for our students every single day. This is a one week summer camp offered AT NO COST to PSD students who completed kindergarten through 5th grade during the 2024-25 school year. Breakfast, lunch, and transportation are provided as well as academic and athletic instruction. Camp dates are July 14 - 17. Registration confirmation will be sent via email.
