Due to a power outage in the area, the PSD core network switch was affected, causing disruptions in network connectivity between buildings. The district's technology department has secured the necessary replacement parts and is actively collaborating with our network switch vendor to restore service. As a result, internet and phone services throughout the district will be impacted on Monday, March 31.

The power outage that took place earlier today damaged our main module. Unfortunately, this will impact our internet and phone services across the district on Friday, March 21. We reached out to our local T-Mobile store this afternoon and they have stepped up to provide a cell phone line for each building. Thank you T-Mobile! Due to an outage reported in the area, Paragould Municipal Utilities will be temporarily shutting off power to the secondary campus (grades 7-12) in order to resolve the issue. Power is expected to be restored in approximately 30 minutes. Please note that this will impact internet and phone services across the district.
