Ms. Bethany and Ms. Hailey’s preschoolers had so much fun exploring shadows after learning about Groundhog Day! 🌤️🐾 The children loved observing how shadows changed and discovering what makes a shadow appear. Learning through play is the best kind of learning!

🛏️✨ Big learning happening in Ms. Beth and Ms. Hailey’s preschool classroom!

These preschoolers have been working hard on an extremely important skill — self-help skills. Since returning from Christmas break, they’ve been learning how to “make their beds” all on their own!

Sure, it would be quicker for an adult to do it for them — but that would be a missed opportunity. When children are given responsibility, they feel empowered and capable. This small task builds confidence, independence, and pride in their classroom.

We’re so proud of our preschoolers for taking on this responsibility — one step toward so much more learning and independence! 💙⭐️
